No cookies, no analytics
This website does not set cookies, does not use analytics or tracking, and does not load resources from third parties. Visiting the site leaves no personal data with me.
What I process when you email me
If you contact me by email, I receive your email address, your name if you include it, and whatever you write. I use this only to reply to you and, if we decide to work together, to prepare and carry out the agreement.
The legal basis is your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and, for keeping business records, my legal obligation (Article 6(1)(c) GDPR).
How long I keep it
Emails that do not lead to an assignment are deleted within two years after the last contact.
Contracts, quotes and invoices are kept for seven years, as required by Dutch tax law (fiscale bewaarplicht).
Who else sees your data
Your email is stored by my email provider. I do not sell or share your data with anyone else, unless the law requires it.
Your rights
Under the GDPR (in Dutch: AVG) you have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data, to restrict or object to its processing, and to receive it in a portable format. To exercise any of these rights, email me at tomheyerick1@gmail.com.
